Facilitator
Emma Ramey teaches in reDiscover's after school, camp, and festival programs and assists with building operations and client relations. A great all-rounder, Emma can organize activities for a room full of kids at a birthday party, work patiently one-on-one with a tinkerer, schedule and organize events and create digital media for advertising. A graduate of Cal State LA with a major in Art Education, Emma first got into art education as a teen volunteer at Venice Arts. An active artist, she works in digital media, ceramics, textiles, and paper mache. Growing up, Emma made many of her own toys and established a lifelong love of making, re-making, and creative reuse. Emma has taught at reDiscover since 2017.
