After-School Programs Manager

Em Kramer (they/them) is a lifelong maker, artist, and enthusiast of all things crafty! As the After School Programs Manager at Rediscover Center, Em brings their arts, robotics, and community-building background to life through joyful, hands-on learning experiences. A proud Wellesley College grad, Em is passionate about helping young people across Los Angeles grow their confidence, not just with tools and materials, but in themselves. When they’re not supporting their awesome team or dreaming up ways to grow reDiscover’s impact, you can find Em hiking up a creekbed, creating imaginative costumes, and finding creativity in unexpected places. Nothing makes Em smile more than seeing students light up as they realize they can build, make, and reimagine the world around them.
