Danielle Duncan-Bernstein (she/her) joined Rediscover’s board in 2024. With nearly 20 years experience in K-12 education, Danielle has served in various leadership roles, focused on staff management and strategic initiatives. She is currently the Executive Director of Special Education for a local school district, where she demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the academic, social, and emotional growth of children and young adults, believing in the transformative power of education. She excels at building relationships with community stakeholders. Danielle learned about Rediscover through her daughter, witnessing how youth could take an idea and transform it into reality while working with recycled materials and power tools. Danielle is honored to contribute to Rediscover’s mission of bringing sustainable and creative opportunities to youth throughout Los Angeles County.
