Cancellation Policy

Can't make a program you signed up for? Here are some options.

Transfer your tuition

Recommended

Transfer your tuition in full — as Rediscover Center credit — to be applied toward any future class or camp for your child, another participant of your choice, or our scholarship fund, with no cancellation penalties. Tuition is transferable at the time of cancellation only.

Cancel with a cancellation fee

The fee depends on the program type and how close to the start date you cancel.

Classes & One-Day Workshops

Until 2 weeks before the program Waived
Within 2 weeks of the program 50% fee
Within 48 hours of class 100% fee

Week-Long Camps

Until 4 weeks before the first day Waived
Within 4 weeks of the first day 50% fee
Within 2 weeks of the first day 100% fee
Camp tuition is transferable to a substitute camper at the time of cancellation only.

* If Rediscover is forced to cancel a camp session due to the pandemic, you will receive a full refund or credit.

** Program registrations are subject to minimums and maximums. Rediscover Center reserves the right to cancel your registration for a full refund or transfer until 72 hours before a scheduled program.
